We'll do our best to have your Joulz out the door within 24 hours. After placing your order, you’ll receive and order confirmation and shipping notification. All shipments are made via Canada Post regular delivery. Please allow 2-4 business days for shipping within Canada, and 4-6 business days in the US.
Refunds and Returns:
If your Joulz hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time, or was broken upon arrival, please email info@joulzenergy.com for a quick fix!
Unfortunately due to the natural qualities of our products, we do not currently offer refunds. But please get in touch, and we'll do our best to make things right.
